Overview
To support our expansion in the European market, we are seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Manager/ Specialist to lead and execute marketing activities for our growing automotive aftermarket business. This role is ideal for a creative and organized professional who can manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Digital Marketing
- Plan, create, and manage engaging online content across all digital channels
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and product positioning
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Create and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns
- Track analytics and report on performance
3. Events & Trade Fairs
- Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in trade shows and industry events
- Manage logistics including booth design, materials, travel, and schedules
- Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing campaigns
- Represent the company at events when required
4. Marketing Materials & Catalogues
- Develop and update brochures, product catalogs, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers (designers, printers)
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials
5. Brand Management & Communication
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all channels
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity
- Support internal and external communication initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in automotive aftermarket sector)
- Strong content creation and copy-writing skills
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
