The Challenge
Workday is modernizing its enterprise marketing automation infrastructure during a critical transition period. You'll architect the technical migration from legacy to next-gen systems while building AI-enabled capabilities for a global marketing org.
Your Mission
Plan and execute technical transfer of marketing automation programs, assets, and logic from legacy to new instance with zero lead leakage
Map complete data schemas between old and new environments; validate data integrity across migration
Create comprehensive documentation for marketing ops processes and platform configurations for cross-functional teams
Identify and prioritize 3-5 AI-driven features to improve automation efficiency and operational workflows
Complete full cutover between instances; monitor system performance and resolve post-migration issues
Implement lead scoring and routing model optimization; measure impact on sales conversion metrics
Build scalable marketing automation infrastructure supporting Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B and Real-Time CDP integration
Define and execute efficiency gains roadmap; quantify automation wins in cost savings and operational velocity
KPIs You'll Own
Migration Success Rate
% of campaigns, assets, and lead records successfully transferred with zero data loss or campaign downtime.
Lead Leakage
Measure leads lost or duplicated during cutover period; target: <0.1% loss.
System Uptime
Availability of marketing automation instance during and post-migration; target: 99.9%+
Automation Efficiency Gains
Time saved per campaign execution and operational tasks after AI feature implementation.
