The Challenge

Wolverine Worldwide operates a $2B+ portfolio of iconic brands across 170 countries. You'll own the analytical backbone that drives CRM performance decisions across Merrell, Saucony, Sweaty Betty, and more—turning complex channel data into insights that shape marketing strategy.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current CRM performance reporting across all brand teams and establish baseline metrics for email, SMS, push, and in-app channels

Build standardized monthly performance dashboards in Power BI/Tableau that replace ad-hoc spreadsheets and reduce reporting time by 40%

Document and own month-end billing reconciliation process for all CRM channel vendors with zero discrepancies

4

Partner with brand teams to document 15+ analytics requirements and create a prioritized request backlog

By 6 Months

Deliver quarterly CRM performance reports to executive leadership showing trends, ROI by channel, and year-over-year benchmarks

Implement predictive forecasting model for CRM revenue and budget pacing across the brand portfolio

Establish CRM data governance standards and audit trail documentation for compliance and accuracy

4

Reduce analytics request turnaround time from ad-hoc to SLA-based delivery (48-72 hours for standard requests)

KPIs You'll Own

CRM Channel ROI

Track revenue, conversion rate, and cost-per-acquisition by email, SMS, push, and in-app across all brands.

Forecast Accuracy

Monthly variance between predicted and actual CRM revenue to validate forecasting model performance.

Reporting Turnaround Time

Days from request to delivery for analytics deliverables; aim to reduce from current baseline.

Segment Performance

Lift and engagement rates of predictive segments vs. control groups to measure targeting effectiveness.

Billing Accuracy

% of month-end accruals and vendor invoices reconciled with zero discrepancies.
