The Challenge
Ten32 Media is a scrappy 9-person e-commerce marketing agency scaling ambitious brands on Amazon. You'll own the full PPC funnel for multiple clients, turning $100K months into $500K+ revenue generators.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing client campaigns—identify 3-5 quick wins in ACOS/ROAS within first 30 days
Establish standardized keyword research and campaign structure playbook across all client accounts
Launch 2-3 new campaign tests (creative, targeting, bidding strategies) and document learnings
Build client relationships and deliver first round of data-driven strategy recommendations with clear action plans
Scale primary client accounts by 30-50% in revenue while maintaining or improving ROAS targets
Develop predictive bidding and budget allocation framework based on historical performance patterns
Master Amazon DSP and implement cross-channel strategy for 2+ clients to expand reach beyond Sponsored Products
Create quarterly competitive intelligence reports identifying market gaps and growth opportunities for each client

Target 3:1 or better depending on client margin—this is the north star for campaign profitability.
ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale)
Keep below 25-30% for profitable scaling; optimize bids and targeting to drive this down monthly.

Track month-over-month increases on Amazon for each client—goal is 20-30% QoQ growth through paid.
Campaign Efficiency Score

- You live in Amazon Advertising Console, understand Seller Central deeply, and stay current on platform changes
- You're comfortable juggling multiple client accounts simultaneously without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- You're data-driven but creative—you know when to optimize and when to test something unconventional
- You view Amazon ads as a simple lever to pull rather than a full-funnel strategy requiring keyword research, competitive analysis, and organic ranking awareness
- You can't back up your claims with real numbers and case studies of brands you've actually scaled
- You need a 100% remote setup—this role is on-site and requires in-person collaboration
