The Challenge

Ten32 Media is a scrappy 9-person e-commerce marketing agency scaling ambitious brands on Amazon. You'll own the full PPC funnel for multiple clients, turning $100K months into $500K+ revenue generators.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize existing client campaigns—identify 3-5 quick wins in ACOS/ROAS within first 30 days

Establish standardized keyword research and campaign structure playbook across all client accounts

Launch 2-3 new campaign tests (creative, targeting, bidding strategies) and document learnings

Build client relationships and deliver first round of data-driven strategy recommendations with clear action plans

By 6 Months

Scale primary client accounts by 30-50% in revenue while maintaining or improving ROAS targets

Develop predictive bidding and budget allocation framework based on historical performance patterns

Master Amazon DSP and implement cross-channel strategy for 2+ clients to expand reach beyond Sponsored Products

Create quarterly competitive intelligence reports identifying market gaps and growth opportunities for each client
