Your Mission
Map and document 3-5 key GTM workflows (marketing-to-sales handoff, outreach sequences, lead scoring) and identify bottleneck automation wins
Deploy your first 2 AI-powered automation systems using existing tools (CRM, data warehouse, outreach platforms) that reduce manual work and improve conversion by 15%+
Establish instrumentation and baseline metrics for pipeline generation, conversion rates, and sales velocity across tracked workflows
Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leads to understand business goals and prioritize next automation targets
Ship 5+ production AI workflows powering campaign orchestration, lead targeting, and automated outreach with measurable revenue impact ($XXK pipeline generated)
Reduce GTM manual effort by 30% through end-to-end workflow automation and integration cleanup across CRM, enrichment tools, and data sources
Develop reusable playbooks and tooling that empower non-technical teams to leverage automation without engineering lift
Run 10+ A/B tests across automated workflows; demonstrate 20%+ conversion lift through data-driven optimization and continuous improvement

Is This Role For You?
- You've built or owned GTM automation systems—workflow design, API integrations, AI/LLM workflows—and shipped them to production
- You're comfortable with code, APIs, and automation platforms (Python, JavaScript, Zapier, n8n, or similar); can prototype and deploy without a full engineering team
- You're obsessed with metrics: you instrument systems, run experiments, and optimize based on data (not intuition)
- You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and can go from idea to deployed workflow with minimal guidance and handholding
- You need explicit step-by-step guidance or prefer structured, clearly-defined problems; this role requires autonomy and decision-making in messy, ambiguous GTM workflows
- You're not comfortable with rapid prototyping and shipping incomplete systems; perfection is the enemy here
- You lack hands-on technical skills (coding, API integration, workflow automation); this is not a pure analytics or GTM strategy role
