Digital Marketing Manager – Account-Based Marketing (ABM / B2B Growth / Demand Generation)

Location:

Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

A global aerospace and technology organization is seeking a

Digital Marketing Manager – Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

to drive targeted engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue across high-value accounts.

This role focuses on designing and executing

data-driven, multi-channel ABM strategies

that align closely with sales to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting key enterprise accounts
  • Design personalized, multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities and account strategies

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Orchestrate campaigns across digital channels including programmatic, SEM, paid social, and email
  • Leverage intent data and account insights to refine targeting and messaging
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance (CTR, CPM, conversion rates)

Marketing Technology & Data Integration

  • Integrate and manage marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools) for accurate attribution and reporting
  • Ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales pipeline tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, external partners)
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure consistent execution
  • Present strategies, insights, and performance results to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ABM
  • Proven track record of delivering targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel digital marketing (email, paid media, social, display)
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms

Preferred Experience:

  • Tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Demandbase
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and ROI optimization

  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset
  • Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on measurable impact
