The Challenge
Sophia is building an AI-powered matchmaker that replaces swiping with conversation. You'll own the entire growth funnel for a founding-team role, running 10+ experiments weekly to crack acquisition, activation, and retention mechanics.
Your Mission
Establish baseline funnel metrics (CAC, CPA, CVR, ROAS) across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube and identify top 3 creative/messaging levers
Launch and iterate 40+ hypothesis-driven creative tests across paid channels, landing pages, and onboarding flows
Reduce customer acquisition cost by 15-20% through creative and targeting optimization
Build repeatable weekly testing cadence with documented experiment framework and insights dashboard
Achieve 30%+ reduction in CAC while scaling qualified application volume 2x
Identify and launch 2-3 strategic partnership channels that accelerate organic user growth
Build attribution and MMM signals that connect creative decisions to revenue impact
Create reusable message library and creative playbook documenting highest-performing hooks, copy structures, and targeting strategies

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Total spend divided by new qualified applicants; primary optimization target.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Channel-level cost to acquire one completed application.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Revenue generated per dollar spent on paid acquisition campaigns.
Conversion Rate (CVR)
Percentage of users progressing through each funnel stage (click → landing page → application → completion).
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Ad performance metric measuring creative engagement and message-market fit.
Qualified Applications
