About Solaya

Solaya is an AI-powered visual creation platform built for product and marketing teams at e-commerce brands. In minutes, our clients generate studio-quality packshots, 3D renders, 360° videos, and campaign assets — without going through an agency.

We are growing fast and looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own our social media presence and drive our paid acquisition strategy.


Responsibilities

Social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)


  • Define and execute the content strategy across all social channels
  • Create, schedule, and publish content — videos, carousels, reels, posts
  • Produce native content showcasing Solaya outputs: packshots, 3D renders, 360° spins
  • Track and analyse performance KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic
  • Manage and grow the community — respond to comments, spot partnership opportunities
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to align on key messages and launches


SEA (Search Engine Advertising)


  • Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Reddit Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Own the bidding strategy, keyword selection, and audience segmentation
  • Design ad creatives and landing pages in collaboration with the design team
  • Analyse performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS) and drive continuous improvements
  • Set up tracking and conversion events (GA4, GTM, pixels)
  • Take full ownership of SEA campaigns


Profile

Experience & skills


  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at a SaaS startup or e-commerce brand
  • Strong command of social platforms: LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Reddit
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns
  • Comfortable with analytics tools: GA4, Looker Studio, social listening tools
  • Creative eye and ability to produce engaging content (basic video editing a plus)
  • Excellent written communication in English (French a plus)
