Culture
Collaborative environment valuing strategic partnership with leadership and cross-functional alignment.
Is This Role For You?
- You've built digital ecosystems from scratch in B2B or professional services—you thrive in ambiguity and love establishing scalable systems
- You're equally comfortable with strategy (roadmaps, governance) and execution (campaigns, optimization, analytics)
- You speak fluent data: KPIs, attribution, ROI tracking feel like second language to you
- You want to own the full funnel—from brand awareness and SEO to demand gen and account-based marketing—not just one channel
- You're a specialist in one channel (paid ads only, social only, email only) who needs a narrower scope
- You expect a fully mature digital infrastructure—this role requires building processes and governance from ground up
- You need 100% remote or heavily remote work; hybrid on-site is required in Kansas
