The Challenge
Rhythms is the autonomous AI operating system trusted by Fortune 100 enterprises—backed by GreenOaks, Madrona, and Accel. You'll be their first GTM hire, tasked with building self-improving AI agents that drive revenue autonomously, then embedding that playbook directly into the product.
Your Mission
Ship first agentic content pipeline (blog → email → LinkedIn) that produces, distributes, and optimizes autonomously without manual intervention
Deploy AI-driven buyer enrichment and outreach agents connected to CRM; measure pipeline generated vs. tasks completed
Establish GTM quality standards and narrative framework; document what 'good' looks like across all channels
Run 10+ rapid experiments on AI orchestration approaches; identify which LLM/agent architecture wins on speed, cost, and output quality
Scale agentic GTM motion to 2-3 fully autonomous workflows (outreach, content, demand gen); track month-over-month pipeline improvement
Build signal detection agents that surface buying intent across Slack, email, Jira, and website; measure velocity to conversion
Design and validate GTM feature set to embed into Rhythms product; run closed-loop test with 2-3 friendly customers
Own $X pipeline sourced by agents; establish repeatable unit economics for AI-driven GTM at scale

Total AI token spend + infrastructure divided by leads routed to sales; measures efficiency of agentic workflows.
Agent self-improvement velocity
Month-over-month improvement in conversion rate, output quality, or cost-per-outcome without manual retraining.
Campaign automation coverage
Percentage of GTM workflows running autonomously vs. manual; tracks progress toward fully self-operating GTM engine.
