The Challenge

Ramsey Solutions is building Ask Ramsey, an AI-powered tool becoming the key entry point into a multi-million user personal finance ecosystem. You'll own the entire marketing engine—discovery, engagement, retention—turning third-party attention into owned first-party relationships at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current Ask Ramsey user journey across YouTube, social, podcasts and owned channels; identify and validate top 2-3 growth levers

Launch 3+ performance marketing tests across acquisition channels; establish baseline conversion funnels and attribution tracking

Build weekly dashboard tracking discovery→signup→engagement metrics; socialize insights with product and AI teams

Document competitive landscape and audience psychology insights; present strategic positioning to leadership

By 6 Months

Achieve 25%+ quarter-over-quarter growth in qualified signups through optimized channel mix and messaging

Establish systematic testing roadmap; implement and ship 12+ high-impact experiments with documented learnings

Build repeatable playbooks for YouTube, social, and podcast audiences; scale top-performing channels by 150%+
