Phigora is the certified pre-owned luxury watch marketplace where Rolex meets revenue. You'll own the digital engine that drives brand awareness and customer lifetime value across a high-ticket, authentication-obsessed category. This is hands-on growth work—no stakeholder theater.
Your Mission
Audit current email/SMS strategy and establish baseline KPIs (open rate, CTR, AOV lift); implement segmentation framework in Klaviyo
Launch 4 A/B tested campaigns (subject lines, send times, content) to identify high-performing playbooks for watch buyers
Conduct SEO audit of top 50 keywords; prioritize on-page optimization and identify quick wins for organic traffic
Map full customer journey from awareness to post-purchase; identify top 3 drop-off points for optimization
Grow email revenue contribution by 25% through improved segmentation, automation, and personalization
Achieve 30%+ lift in conversion rate through iterative CRO testing on product pages and checkout flow
Build repeatable SMS campaign framework with 3+ nurture sequences generating 15%+ ROI
Establish marketing dashboard with real-time tracking of CAC, LTV, and channel attribution; present monthly growth insights

Email Revenue per Subscriber
Track revenue generated from email/SMS campaigns to justify channel spend and optimize send cadence.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Monitor cost to acquire a customer across channels; use to determine profitability and budget allocation.
Conversion Rate
Measure website visitors converting to customers; primary KPI for CRO and A/B testing success.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Calculate total revenue per customer to inform retention strategy and justify premium positioning.
Email Open Rate & Click-Through Rate
Track engagement metrics to A/B test subject lines, send times, and content; target 25%+ open rate.
Organic Traffic & Keyword Rankings
Monitor top 50 keyword positions and organic sessions to measure SEO impact on brand visibility.
