Head of Growth Marketing
Our client is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who has "seen the movie before." You have taken subscription-based apps from the early days ($500K–$5M ARR) through the high-growth scale-up phase ($10M–$100M+ ARR). You know that what works at $1M doesn't work at $50M, and you have the scars and successes to prove it.
The Role:
As the first dedicated growth hire, you will own the entire funnel. You will be responsible for defining growth strategy, building the data stack, and executing experiments across every channel. You aren't just managing an agency; you are in the tools, setting the trajectory for global expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Scale the Growth Engine:
Own the transition from 7-figure to 9-figure ARR. Architect the systems, attribution models, and team structures needed to sustain 10x growth.Full-Funnel Ownership:
Optimize the entire subscription journey — from top-of-funnel acquisition (Paid, Organic, Viral) to activation, retention, and referral loops.Data-Driven Experimentation:
Establish a high-velocity testing culture. Run dozens of experiments monthly across creative, landing pages, pricing models, and onboarding flows.Performance Marketing:
Manage and scale monthly budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels, maintaining strict LTV/CAC efficiency.Product-Led Growth (PLG):
Partner with the Product team to bake "growth loops" directly into the product, turning users into advocates.Lifecycle & Retention:
Build a world-class CRM and lifecycle strategy to maximize LTV and reduce churn, ensuring the "leaky bucket" is sealed.
Who You Are:
The Scaler:
You have a documented track record of scaling subscription apps from $XM to $100M+ ARR. You understand the nuances of the subscription economy (Trial-to-Paid conversions, annual vs. monthly cycles, and cohort analysis).Analytical Rigor:
You live in the data. You are comfortable with SQL or advanced BI tools to find the signal in the noise.Creative Intuition:
You understand that growth isn't just math — it's psychology. You can steer creative direction that resonates with our core brand values of transparency and trust.Seed-Stage Mindset:
You are a "Player-Coach." You are happy to write the ad copy and set up the pixels today, while hiring a world-class team tomorrow.
A Great Fit Has:
- 3+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience, specifically in B2C or consumer subscription apps.
- Proven experience managing multi-million dollar annual budgets with positive ROI.
- Deep expertise in Attribution & Measurement (navigating the post-iOS14 landscape).
- Experience in AI-driven products is a massive plus.
