The Challenge

Ontra powers private markets with AI-driven contract intelligence trusted by 1,000+ GPs and top-10 firms. You'll architect the GTM engine—designing AI-powered workflows that scale acquisition, automate enrichment, and systematize outreach across the entire funnel.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current GTM tech stack and identify 3-5 high-impact automation opportunities (outbound, routing, lead enrichment)

Design and deploy first AI-powered workflow to replace manual process, measuring lift in velocity or conversion

3

Establish integration architecture between AI platforms and core systems (CRM, marketing automation, data warehouse)

4

Document GTM system blueprint and enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps

By 6 Months
1

Launch 4+ scalable GTM workflows driving measurable acquisition or pipeline impact (qualified leads, response rates, or deal velocity)

Build observability infrastructure: monitoring, logging, data validation, and error handling for production AI workflows

3

Run 5+ GTM experiments (outbound messaging, routing logic, enrichment models) with documented learnings and scaled winners

4

Reduce manual GTM touchpoints by 40%+ and enable team self-service through documented patterns and reusable systems

% of outbound, enrichment, and routing processes running through AI-powered systems vs. manual

Pipeline Velocity (Days to Qualified)

Average time from lead capture to sales-qualified stage; track improvement month-over-month

AI Model Accuracy & Reliability

Error rate, false positive rate, and uptime of AI agents and prompts in production workflows

Experiment Velocity & Learning

Number of GTM experiments run per month and conversion lift from scaled winners

Cross-Functional Enablement

Time GTM teams save per week through automation; volume of self-service workflow usage
