Responsibilities / Missions
As
Digital Marketing Manager
, you will be part of the marketing team and ensure the operational implementation of iCaur’s digital marketing strategy:Digital Strategy:
Implement marketing plans across all channels (owned, paid, and earned) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and business performance.Content & Brand Ecosystem:
Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content (website, social media, campaigns, CRM) while ensuring consistency with the brand identity; coordinate agencies and external partners.Performance & Acquisition:
Manage paid campaigns, monitor KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI), and propose continuous optimizations.Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with Brand, Communication, Media, Sales, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.Monitoring & Innovation:
Keep up with digital trends and identify opportunities for brand innovation.
Profile / Requirements
Education:
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication.Experience:
3–5 years in digital marketing, ideally in the automotive, premium, or luxury sectors.Languages:
Fluent in French and English.Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital strategies, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, paid campaigns, and performance tracking (KPIs, ROI, reporting).Personal Qualities:
Self-starter, autonomous, able to manage multiple priorities, creative, results-oriented, and collaborative.
