Your Mission
Build and validate core GTM positioning and messaging framework across agent, broker, and seller personas
Establish HubSpot CRM architecture with automated lead nurture workflows and demand generation pipeline
Launch first integrated campaign (digital + social + PR) targeting top 50 metropolitan markets to generate initial agent adoption
Define and implement 8-10 key marketing KPIs with baseline metrics and reporting cadence
Achieve 2,000+ qualified leads in pipeline with <$150 CAC across digital and partnership channels
Drive 500+ agent sign-ups and measure activation metrics (time-to-first-offer, offer-completion rate)
Scale demand generation across 3+ channels (content, paid social, partnerships) with proven ROI >3:1
Establish OFFER1 as differentiated thought leader in proptech through 5+ third-party placements and industry partnerships

Track cost per new agent or broker acquired across all marketing channels to optimize spend efficiency.

Maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage of annual revenue targets to ensure predictable growth.

Measure % of marketing-qualified leads that activate and complete first transaction within 60 days.
Brand Awareness & Share of Voice
Track proptech mentions, search volume, and sentiment vs. key competitors in target markets.
Marketing-Influenced Revenue
Attribute revenue impact across all touchpoints, not just last-click conversions.
Campaign ROI
Measure spend-to-revenue ratio for each major campaign initiative to optimize allocation.
