The ROLE:

As the UK/EMEA Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the commercial execution of Milk Makeup across our key retail partners, with a primary focus on Sephora UK Sephora EMEA. Reporting to the GM, you will manage the end-to-end retail marketing calendar, ensuring all product launches and animations drive sell-through and improve market rank. This is a high-execution role that requires a deep operational understanding of Sephora’s retail levers and the ability to manage complex, multi-territory marketing plans.


This role can be based in London, UK, or Paris, France.


What YOU’ll do:


  • Retailer Partnership & Strategy:

    Serve as the primary lead for Sephora (UK & EMEA). Build high-touch relationships with retailer marketing teams to secure premium 360° visibility (Homepages, Newsletters, App Pushes, and Windows).
  • Commercial Pitching:

    Own the creation of regional "Market Meeting" and "Go-to-Market" decks. "Sell-in" launch stories and exclusive animations to retail buyers to maximize brand support and space.
  • 2-Year Planning:

    Maintain a rolling 2-year regional trade calendar. "Dollarize" programs to ensure we effectively anniversary top-performers and drive incremental sales growth.
  • Digital Shelf & E-Retail:

    Own the end-to-end retailer.comexperience. Lead PDP health (SEO, localized copy, video) and digital brand room refreshes to maximize conversion on Sephora and Space NK platforms.
  • Trade Animation & VM:

    Adapt global guidelines into localized trade plans. Lead the execution of in-store animations, sampling, and GWP programs. Partner with VM to ensure all gondolas and end-caps meet brand standards.
  • Global Liaison:

    Create and submit all marketing briefs to NYC Global teams (Creative, VM, Planning). Ensure all regional tool needs—from localized assets to sampling shipments—are delivered on time.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:

    Monitor real-time sell-through and campaign KPIs via retailer portals. Provide actionable insights to the GM to optimize traffic, sales, and future regional investments.
  • Financial Ownership:

    Manage the UK/EMEA trade marketing budget to maximize ROI. Support the GM in regional pricing analysis and maintain accurate product assortment lists by territory.



We’d like YOU to have:

  • Experience:

    5–8 years of experience in Trade/Retail Marketing within prestige beauty.
  • Non-Negotiable:

    Proven experience working directly with

    Sephora (UK and EMEA)

    . You must understand Sephora’s marketing levers, timeline requirements, and internal culture.
  • EMEA Expertise:

    A track record of managing marketing across multiple European territories, with an understanding of cultural nuances and language localization.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Experience navigating retailer portals (e.g., Sephora’s marketing and portal systems) and proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional presentation skills—you can "sell in" a brand story to a buyer just as well as you can "sell out" a product to a consumer.
  • Mindset:

    Agile, disruptive, and highly organized. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where retail deadlines are strict.
