The Challenge

Mighty is building at the intersection of brand, growth, and GTM systems. You'll translate positioning into pipeline outcomes while wielding AI as a strategic multiplier—not just a productivity hack.

Your Mission

1

Establish Mighty's brand voice framework and apply it across web, social, and thought leadership channels

2

Build and test 2-3 signal-based segmentation models using LLMs and CRM data to inform target account selection

3

Launch 1 full campaign (creative + automation + measurement) that connects storytelling to measurable pipeline impact

4

Map and document current GTM workflows; identify 3 AI-native tools to test for research, personalization, or creative iteration

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end execution of 2-3 high-impact campaigns with documented revenue/pipeline attribution

2

Develop repeatable playbooks for message testing, list enrichment, and lifecycle automation using AI workflows

3

Create 15-20 pieces of differentiated content (blog, social, product launch assets) that reflect refined brand positioning

4

Evaluate and implement 2 AI-native tools that improve campaign spend efficiency or targeting accuracy by 20%+

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've already built campaigns and shaped narratives in real (ideally startup) environments—not your first rodeo
  • You're fluent in AI tools and see them as strategic levers, not just productivity hacks
  • You balance creative storytelling with data and measurement; you care about both brand and pipeline
  • You want direct impact on GTM strategy and are comfortable moving fast and iterating
  • You're pursuing an MBA with marketing focus and want summer experience that's genuinely sophisticated
Won't Work If
  • You're looking for a traditional entry-level internship with heavy supervision and busywork
  • You view AI as a gimmick rather than a core strategic tool for research, testing, and optimization
  • You lack 3+ years of real marketing experience or have never shipped a campaign end-to-end
  • You prefer remote/flexible work—this is full-time on-site in NYC for the summer

Interview Process

3

Portfolio review

Bring work samples—campaigns you've built, content you've created, or strategy docs that showcase your thinking

4

Final interview with leadership

Conversation with VP/Head of Growth or founder about vision alignment, work style, and how you'd contribute
