The Challenge
Mason Interactive is a performance-driven marketing agency looking for an analyst who can execute across paid social and search channels. This is your shot to move beyond junior work—owning client accounts, optimizing campaigns in real-time, and building the strategic muscle that separates good marketers from great ones.
Your Mission
Audit and establish baseline KPIs for 3-5 assigned client accounts across social and search platforms
Independently manage keyword research, ad copy iterations, and A/B tests for at least 2 search campaigns
Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable optimization recommendations to clients
Complete platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) and document learnings for team
Grow assigned client accounts by 25%+ in ROAS or conversion volume through systematic optimization cycles
Lead strategy refinement for 1 underperforming account—scope problems, pitch solutions, execute turnaround
Build internal best-practices playbook for social/search campaign setup and optimization
Mentor incoming junior analyst on tools, processes, and campaign fundamentals
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Track revenue generated per dollar spent across social and search channels.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
