O que você vai fazer
At marlo, marketing doesn’t sit still - and neither do we. We’re looking for someone endlessly curious, plugged into what’s next, and excited to keep learning in an industry that evolves daily. This role is for a doer and a thinker: someone who can craft compelling copy, build smart email and loyalty programs, and run high-performing digital campaigns across social, Instacart, and beyond. You’ll bring ideas to life, optimize them in real time, and collaborate directly with clients in the Hospitality, Food & Beverage CPG, and Lifestyle spaces to make an impact they can see on their bottom line.
If you love turning insights into action, staying ahead of trends (especially AI and emerging platforms), and working across hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer brands - this is your place.
What you’ll do:
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive real results
- Write sharp, engaging copy across channels
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns (Meta, Google, Instacart, and more)
- Be a trusted, client-facing partner
- Stay ahead of what’s new - and bring it to the table
You’re a fit if you:
- Are proactive, organized, and thrive juggling multiple projects
- Blend creativity with data-driven thinking
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Embrace AI tools and continuous learning
- Bring 5+ years of marketing experience and a bias for action
Why marlo?
Because here, you won’t just follow trends - you’ll help shape them.
If we sound up your alley, please submit your resume, cover letter, and desired compensation range for consideration.
