Marketri LLC is a B2B strategic marketing consulting firm serving mid-sized, growth-oriented companies throughout the U.S. We are seeking an experienced
Full-time Digital Marketing Manager
to support our growing client portfolio.As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing and supporting strategic marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts. You’ll work closely with Marketing Directors and Fractional CMOs in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized marketer who can manage multiple priorities, execute across channels, and leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management and Account Coordination
- Manage and support multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep deliverables on track
- Maintain accurate project plans, timelines, and documentation in Teamwork
Digital Marketing Execution
Lead and execute full-funnel digital marketing initiatives, including:
- Landing page development and email marketing campaigns
- Marketing automation setup and optimization
- Social media scheduling and content coordination
- Paid media coordination with vendors or subcontractors
- Website updates and ongoing optimization
- Short-form campaign content creation
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) according to company policy to enhance execution efficiency while maintaining quality and strategic alignment.
Strategic Marketing Support
- Assist in due diligence and strategic marketing planning for new clients
- Conduct digital audits, competitor reviews, SWOT analysis, and marketing technology evaluations
- Contribute to campaign ideation, buyer persona development, and budget recommendations
Webinar & Event Marketing
- Support planning and promotion of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and virtual events
Analytics & Reporting
- Gather and analyze metrics using tools such as HubSpot, Looker Studio, and Databox
- Collaborate with the account team to translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Ideal Candidate
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Prior agency or marketing consulting experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong proficiency in:
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs)
- Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo)
- CMS platforms (WordPress)
- Project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, Monday.com)
- Reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Databox)
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
Additional strengths:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can ramp quickly and work independently
Location Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000–$90,000 annually
