The Challenge

Ketryx is the AI platform helping MedTech leaders ship life-saving products in weeks instead of years—already touching 100M patients. You'll build their demand generation engine from the ground up, turning awareness into qualified pipeline for one of healthcare's fastest-growing compliance platforms.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and optimize 3+ multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, and email that establish baseline conversion benchmarks

Build conversion-optimized landing pages and nurture flows that reliably move prospects from awareness to sales-qualified leads

3

Establish reporting dashboard tracking pipeline contribution by channel and campaign; align with Sales on lead scoring and follow-up SLAs

4

Execute first integrated ABM campaign targeting top 20 accounts with coordinated paid, email, and content touchpoints

By 6 Months

Scale top-performing channels to 2-3x pipeline volume while maintaining or improving cost-per-qualified-lead

Implement AI-driven audience segmentation and personalization to improve email open rates and click-through rates by 25%+

Establish predictable monthly pipeline contribution by channel; demonstrate ROI and CAC payback for each marketing program

Build repeatable playbooks for campaign execution, testing, and optimization; enable independent execution of 5+ concurrent campaigns

Pipeline Generated

Revenue-attributed pipeline from digital campaigns, tracked by channel and campaign to prove marketing's impact on sales targets.

Cost Per Qualified Lead

Total marketing spend divided by qualified leads generated; optimize weekly to maximize efficiency as you scale.

Lead-to-Conversion Rate

Percentage of marketing-generated leads that convert to sales-qualified opportunities, indicating funnel health and Sales alignment.

Campaign ROI

Revenue influenced by each campaign divided by campaign spend; aim for 3:1 or better as benchmarks solidify.

Email Engagement Metrics

Open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate on nurture campaigns; test messaging, timing, and segmentation continuously.

Website Conversion Rate

Percentage of visitors completing key actions (registrations, downloads, demo requests); optimize landing pages and forms based on data.

  • You're comfortable owning the full funnel—from awareness through nurture—and optimizing conversion at each stage
  • You're data-driven and obsessive about testing; you'd rather have a small sample of validated insights than gut-feel decisions
  • You thrive in early-stage or scaling environments where you wear multiple hats and build systems and processes as you grow
  • You're genuinely interested in regulated tech or AI-driven workflows and want to learn an emerging market
Won't Work If
  • You need a fully remote role or can't commit to hybrid schedule in Boston
  • You've only done brand awareness or top-of-funnel marketing; this role requires accountability for pipeline and conversion
  • You prefer creative campaigns over performance optimization; success here is measured in leads and revenue, not impressions
