The Challenge

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts runs 14+ brands across theme parks, resorts, and entertainment venues. You'll own the digital backbone—websites, email, apps, and e-commerce—for one of America's most beloved hospitality empires.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize website content strategy for assigned brands; establish baseline KPIs for traffic, conversion, and engagement

Partner with Email Marketing team to evaluate ESP/CRM platform performance and document 3-5 actionable improvements

3

Lead website redesign project kickoff: complete digital strategy doc, site map, and IA for primary assigned brand

4

Review app analytics (Hersheypark, Hershey Resorts, Hershey Bears); synthesize user feedback and deliver vendor recommendations

By 6 Months
1

Launch optimized email campaign cadence with measurable lift in open rates, CTR, and revenue attribution vs. baseline

2

Execute website redesign for primary brand; achieve 15%+ improvement in key conversion metrics post-launch

3

Develop and implement SEO/digital display strategy; increase organic traffic and quality score across assigned brands by 20%+

4

Establish quarterly reporting cadence with Marketing Leadership on KPIs, campaign performance, and tech stack ROI

KPIs You'll Own

Website Traffic & Conversion Rate

Track organic, paid, and direct visits plus booking/ticket conversion rates by brand and campaign source.

Email Performance (Open Rate, CTR, Revenue)

Monitor campaign-level opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and attributed revenue to optimize send strategy and personalization.

App Engagement & User Feedback

Measure daily/monthly active users, feature usage, session length, and Net Promoter Score from user reviews.

E-commerce Consistency & Order Volume

Ensure ticketing/promotion messaging alignment across channels and track transaction volume and AOV month-over-month.

SEO Rankings & Organic Quality

Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic share, and click-through rates from SERPs for assigned brands.
