Sound Royalties funds creators without taking ownership—a unique fintech play in music, entertainment, and content creation. You'll own the full digital funnel from paid acquisition to email nurture, scaling campaigns across a diverse creator base globally.
Your Mission
Audit existing digital campaigns and establish GA4 baseline metrics; identify top 3 conversion bottlenecks in the funnel
Launch or optimize 2-3 Google Ads + LinkedIn paid campaigns targeting music creatives and YouTube creators with UTM tracking and Salesforce integration
Build and deploy 3 automated email nurture sequences in Marketing Cloud segmented by creator type (music vs. content creator vs. production company)
Document compliance checklist for GDPR/CCPA across all digital properties and implement cookie consent platform
Increase qualified lead generation by 40% through optimized paid media mix and retargeting across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube
Achieve 25%+ improvement in email engagement (open/click rates) through A/B testing and dynamic content personalization in Marketing Cloud
Grow organic traffic 30% via SEO optimization (technical + content) and establish SEO monitoring dashboard in GA4/Power BI
Build self-serve attribution model connecting paid, email, organic, and referral channels to prove CAC and LTV by creator segment

Organic Traffic & Conversion
Measure monthly sessions, bounce rate, and conversion to application by source in GA4.
Funnel Conversion Rate
Track visitor-to-lead and lead-to-application conversion rates by channel and creator segment.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Calculate revenue generated per dollar spent on paid campaigns, segmented by product line.

Is This Role For You?
- You've run paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) with clear CAC and ROAS targets in fintech or creator economy
- You're comfortable in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and can write/debug AmScript or simple SQL for segmentation
- You obsess over GA4 dashboards and can spot funnel leaks without hand-holding
- You've shipped email automation at scale and A/B tested your way to 20%+ lift in engagement
- You need remote flexibility or WFH days—this is 100% on-site West Palm Beach
- You prefer brand awareness and storytelling over performance metrics and conversion optimization
- You haven't touched marketing automation platforms or CRM integration; this role assumes technical comfort
