As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll architect the digital demand engine—owning paid media, SEO, and integrated channel strategy—that drives pipeline and revenue for a 2,400+ customer base across North America, Europe, and India.
Your Mission
Audit current paid media and organic performance across channels; establish baseline metrics, attribution model, and forecasting framework
Develop integrated digital demand strategy roadmap aligned to company revenue targets with clear channel mix, investment thesis, and test plan
Align with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, content) on success metrics and first wave of optimization priorities
Lead agency partner kickoff and establish cadence for performance reviews, optimization sprints, and investment reallocation decisions
Execute full-funnel digital strategy delivering measurable pipeline growth and improved CAC efficiency vs. baseline
Implement advanced attribution and forecasting model that links digital performance to closed revenue and enables predictive budgeting
Launch and scale 3+ high-impact experiments across paid channels (audience, creative, messaging, conversion path) with documented learnings
Build internal reporting dashboard and establish weekly/monthly cadence that surfaces trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership
