The Challenge
CAA's Entertainment Partnerships group is where Hollywood meets Madison Avenue. You'll translate blockbuster IP and streaming content into irresistible brand collaboration opportunities, pitching creative concepts that make both studios and Fortune 500 brands say yes.
Your Mission
Own 2-3 studio/streamer client relationships end-to-end, establishing yourself as their creative partner and running weekly strategy check-ins
Develop and pitch 5+ original partnership concepts to prospective brands, each with full 360° campaign ideation (TV spots, experiential, social/digital)
Build 3 high-impact pitch decks that visually communicate strategic 'why' and creative 'what/how' to internal stakeholders and client teams
Shadow 4+ brand pitch calls, then lead creative narratives on pitches to demonstrate command of both client IP and brand objectives
Drive 2-3 new client signings or major IP partnership wins, leveraging your established relationships and prospect pipeline
Become the go-to creative voice for tentpole IP launches—deliver 10+ partnership concepts with measurable brand interest/response rates
Establish brand positioning framework for assigned clients that aligns entertainment properties with market trends and competitive landscape
Lead internal cross-functional collaboration (sales, strategy, design) to scale creative output while maintaining pitch quality and turnaround speed
