The Challenge
AtlantiCare needs someone to own their entire digital presence—patient-facing website, employee intranet, and the tech stack connecting them. You'll drive strategy across a complex healthcare organization while managing vendors, optimizing for conversion, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Your Mission
Audit current digital presence (website, intranet, integrations) and establish baseline KPIs across traffic, conversion, engagement, and accessibility
Build consensus with cross-functional stakeholders on 12-month digital roadmap with clear scope, timelines, and success metrics
Implement standardized analytics dashboard tracking site performance, user funnels, and campaign effectiveness
Establish vendor/agency management framework and SLAs for all third-party digital platforms
Execute 2-3 high-impact website optimization initiatives (redesign, UX improvements, integration upgrades) on time and on budget
Drive measurable improvements to primary KPIs through A/B testing and content optimization (target: 15%+ improvement in key funnel metrics)
Ensure 99.5%+ site uptime and maintain bug-free environment with documented processes for emergency messaging and maintenance
Establish thought leadership internally on emerging digital technologies and healthcare compliance trends; recommend 2-3 adoption opportunities

Website Conversion Rate
Percentage of patient visitors completing desired actions (appointments, inquiries, registrations) tracked by funnel stage
Site Uptime & Performance
Maintain 99.5%+ availability and track page load times, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
Organic Traffic & SEO Performance
Monitor search visibility, keyword rankings, organic sessions, and bounce rate by page/content type
User Experience Metrics
Track accessibility compliance (WCAG), mobile vs desktop engagement, and heat mapping to identify friction points
Campaign Effectiveness
Measure A/B test results, campaign ROI, and attribution across digital channels
