The Challenge

ASC Engineered Solutions needs someone to architect their entire digital marketing infrastructure—managing platforms, automation workflows, and vendor relationships across web, email, social, and CRM. You'll be the connective tissue between marketing strategy and execution in a growing construction-tech company.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document all current marketing tech stack (automation, CRM, social, analytics) and identify integration gaps

Establish documented content calendar and publishing workflow across web, email, and social channels

Build 2-3 automated lead nurture sequences in marketing automation platform aligned with sales pipeline

4

Create baseline performance dashboard tracking traffic, conversions, and lead quality by source

By 6 Months

Implement full CRM-to-MarTech integration enabling real-time lead scoring and automated routing

Execute 4+ integrated digital campaigns (PPC + LinkedIn + email + organic) with documented ROI by campaign

Improve website conversion rate by 15%+ through UX testing, on-page SEO, and analytics-driven optimization

Establish social listening process tracking brand mentions, industry trends, and competitive positioning with monthly insights

Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

Track qualified leads generated by automation campaigns and measure conversion rate to sales pipeline.

Website Traffic & Conversion Rate

Monitor organic, paid, and referral traffic with conversion rate trending toward 15%+ improvement.

Campaign ROI by Channel

Measure cost-per-lead and revenue attribution across PPC, LinkedIn, email, and organic channels.

Email Engagement Rate

Track open rates, click-through rates, and list quality for nurture and promotional campaigns.

Social Media Reach & Sentiment

Monitor follower growth, engagement rate, and brand sentiment across LinkedIn and other platforms.
