The Challenge
ACL Digital needs a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to execute a high-stakes May conference (alumni + virtual audience) while managing brand consistency across B2B/B2C initiatives. You'll own everything from event ops to email campaigns to vendor management in a 3-month sprint with extension potential.
Your Mission
Launch and manage April/May conference registration flows in Mailchimp with branded email sequences; track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion to attendance
Audit and enforce brand manual compliance across all marketing collateral (templates, color, logos, website); document brand violations and create remediation plan
Coordinate on-site conference support (May 15 & 19): A/V setup, run-throughs, presentation polish; ensure zero brand/technical failures during live events
Manage vendor performance (Reaktiv, Deviate) against deadlines and quality standards; conduct invoice audits and optimize media spend
Deliver comprehensive campaign analysis report showing event ROI, email performance benchmarks, and audience segmentation insights (alumni vs. non-alumni engagement)
Establish repeatable brand governance process across ExecEd co-branded workshop collateral and corporate alliance pitch decks
Complete WordPress maintenance backlog (remove old events, fix bugs, optimize UX) and document site health metrics
Recommend paid social, podcast sponsorship, or display advertising channels for next cycle based on 6-month performance data and competitive analysis
KPIs You'll Own
