Job Summary
- The Web Content Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting global content management systems, as well as maintaining high-quality digital content across websites. This role involves providing user training, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory, and digital stakeholders to ensure content aligns with organizational standards and goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for content management systems and digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain website content, including updating graphics, uploading documents, and publishing pages.
- Ensure all web content is accurate, up-to-date, error-free, and aligned with business objectives.
- Create new web pages and update existing content based on business needs and promotional calendars.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, strategies, and promotional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance and enhance customer experience.
- Work with digital agencies and internal teams to test new features, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and report issues.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Crown peak, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, and recommend improvements.
- Import and manage digital assets within content management systems, including metadata tagging.
- Provide support to CMS users by addressing queries related to workflows, permissions, and content libraries.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or content management systems
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and innovative
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work across teams
