We are seeking a Summer 2026 Intern to evaluate and improve the end-to-end user experience across Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ. This role focuses on understanding how global sales users interact with CRM and CPQ workflows, identifying friction points, and delivering a prioritized, data-backed UX (user experience) improvement roadmap. The intern will not implement production changes but will provide actionable recommendations to improve productivity, consistency, and adoption.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Analyze the Opportunity-to-Quote workflow across Salesforce and Oracle CPQ.
- Identify usability issues, inefficiencies, and sources of user confusion.
- Assess common errors, rework, and quote cycle delays.
- Compare experiences across regions, roles, and product lines.
- Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations.
- Deliver a prioritized UX improvement proposal with supporting data.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, UX, Data Analytics, or a related field. Rising juniors, seniors, and master’s students enrolled in an accredited university who plan to return to university the following academic year.
- 3.0 minimum GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
- Be willing to make a full-time commitment of 40 hours a week for 9 weeks from June 15 – August 21.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate user feedback and data into clear insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in CRM systems, sales operations, or enterprise UX.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, or similar platforms is a plus.

The hourly range for this position is $25 at the time of posting.
