Role Description

The Enrollment Management CRM Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New London, CT. The role involves maintaining and optimizing the College’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, supporting enrollment and recruitment initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing CRM workflows, creating and analyzing reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and providing training to team members on CRM functionality. Collaboration with enrollment teams to improve systems, processes, and communication is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Credentialing and managing sensitive information
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance policies as they relate to academic settings
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analysis, and computer software applications
  • Detail-oriented and capable of ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; experience in higher education or related field is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
