The Challenge

Pop Up Wrkout is disrupting the fitness space by bringing premium studios to unexpected destinations—think Fuze House pop-ups in luxury resorts. You'll own the entire partnership engine, turning brand collaborations into unforgettable experiences that move the needle.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and pitch 15-20 qualified brand partners across wellness, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle verticals

2

Develop 3-5 custom partnership proposals with creative concepts and ROI frameworks that close deals

3

Execute first co-branded activation with a tier-1 partner (on-site gifting, integration, or experience)

4

Establish brand partnership playbook documenting process, contract templates, and creative standards

By 6 Months
1

Secure 8-12 active brand partnerships generating measurable revenue or value-add (sponsorship, product, co-marketing)

Launch quarterly partner marketing calendar with integrated campaigns across email, social, and in-event touchpoints

3

Build partner relationship scorecard tracking satisfaction, ROI, and repeat collaboration likelihood

4

Identify and pilot 2 partnership innovations (new category, new activation format, new geographic market)

KPIs You'll Own

Active Brand Partnerships

Number of signed, active partnerships executed per quarter with clear terms and deliverables.

Partnership Revenue / Value

Total sponsorship dollars, product value, or co-marketing commitments secured per partnership cohort.

Partner NPS / Retention

Satisfaction score and repeat partnership rate; tracks relationship health and upsell potential.

Activation Performance

Attendance, engagement, social reach, and attendee sentiment for co-branded pop-up experiences.

Time-to-Close

Average days from initial outreach to signed contract; measures sales velocity and efficiency.

  • You think like a creative director—you can pitch an idea, sell it, and execute it end-to-end
  • You're obsessed with the wellness space and genuinely excited by experiential fitness and brand collaborations
  • You thrive in early-stage chaos and can wear multiple hats (sales, creative strategy, project management, relationship-building)
  • You have a portfolio of killer pitch decks, proposals, or activations you can show us
Won't Work If
  • You need 9-to-5 stability; this is scrappy startup life with equity upside, not a steady corporate gig
  • You lack genuine passion for fitness/wellness; this role requires authentic enthusiasm to sell partnerships
  • You're not comfortable with ambiguity or taking ownership; the role is self-directed and entrepreneurial
  • You can't commit to on-site pop-up activations and relationship-building; presence matters in this role
