to help us reach and support more patients in our community.About Us:
We're a patient-centered psychiatry practice offering:- General psychiatry and medication management to children, adolescents, and adults
- Ketamine and Spravato (esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
- Therapy services with a collaborative team
The Role:
You'll manage our social media presence and digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms, helping us educate patients and build our community presence. This is a
part-time position
(15–20 hours/week, flexible schedule).Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create educational content about psychiatry, Spravato, TMS, and mental health awareness
- Manage community engagement (respond to comments, build relationships)
- Coordinate with our team on patient testimonials and success stories (HIPAA-compliant)
- Run targeted social media ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Collaborate with Google Ads strategy for local patient acquisition
- Track metrics and report on ROI (leads, website traffic, engagement)
- Develop content calendar and blog posts for our website
- Assist with email marketing campaigns via HubSpot
- Stay updated on healthcare marketing regulations and HIPAA compliance
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of social media management or digital marketing experience
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience with social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager preferred)
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and compellingly
- Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA basics)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or similar analytics tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience marketing healthcare/mental health services
- Knowledge of psychiatry, therapy, or mental health treatment
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/email platforms
- Video production or graphic design skills
- SEO knowledge
