The Challenge
Amazon MGM Studios needs someone to own social strategy execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Discord. You'll drive viewership and customer acquisition for original content hitting 240+ countries—working directly with the Global Head of Social Strategy to scale campaigns that move the needle.
Your Mission
Master the social playbook for 2-3 assigned titles; execute launch campaigns across 5+ platforms with measurable engagement targets
Build relationships with platform partnership teams; understand audience composition and platform-specific performance benchmarks
Contribute to 3-5 social strategy decks with data-backed recommendations that influence creative direction
Own community management and respond to trending moments; identify 2-3 social listening insights that inform strategy
Lead end-to-end social campaigns for major title launches; achieve or exceed viewership and reach KPIs across assigned platforms
Develop and test 3+ innovative social formats (AR/VR, paid products, interactive content); document learnings and scale winners
Establish yourself as the go-to strategist for platform-specific insights; present quarterly social performance reviews to leadership
Mentor cross-functional teams on social best practices; shape global AOR presence standards

Track likes, comments, shares, and saves across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Discord to measure content resonance.
Reach and Impressions
Monitor organic and paid social reach to understand campaign amplification and audience growth trajectory.
Click-Through Rate to Prime Video
Measure how many social interactions convert to Prime Video clicks; direct correlation to viewership and customer acquisition.
Sentiment Analysis & Brand Health
Use social listening tools to track brand perception, competitor mentions, and emerging conversations in entertainment space.
Campaign ROI
Calculate paid social spend vs. viewership uplift and new subscriber acquisition attributed to campaigns.
