Benefits & Perks
Company Intelligence
VirtualVocations operates in the B2B SaaS or fintech space. The company is actively scaling acquisition and looking for hands-on leadership to own profitable paid channels and partner programs.
Is This Role For You?
- You've managed $50K+ monthly ad spend and can tie spend directly to revenue in B2B SaaS or fintech
- You love building systems from scratch—affiliate programs, attribution models, experiment frameworks—not just tweaking existing campaigns
- You're comfortable with cookieless environments and have shipped attribution strategies post-iOS 14
- You thrive on data, experiment velocity, and can communicate trade-offs between growth and unit economics
- You want on-site collaboration and deep ownership of the acquisition function
- You need remote flexibility—this role is on-site in Jersey City only
- You're a strategist who doesn't like hands-on execution; you'll be building and optimizing campaigns yourself
- You lack proven track record of managing significant paid spend with measurable ROI in B2B or fintech
