You'll manage substantial budgets, drive measurable revenue growth, and set the playbook for how this brand competes in a crowded DTC beauty space.
Your Mission
Audit current paid media performance across all channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) and identify 2-3 quick wins to lift ROAS by 15-20%
Establish baseline reporting dashboards and monthly KPI cadence with finance and product teams
Launch one new high-potential channel (affiliate, CTV, or emerging platform) with $50K budget and clear success criteria
Map out team structure, tool stack, and resource gaps—recommend hiring priorities for next 6 months
Deliver year-over-year paid media revenue growth of 25%+ while maintaining or improving blended ROAS
Scale winning campaigns across geo-targeted segments and build playbooks for international expansion
Implement unified attribution model across channels and connect paid media to customer lifetime value
Lead cross-functional reviews with creative, product, and analytics teams to optimize funnel and reduce CAC by 12%

- You can't operate in ambiguity—Sol de Janeiro likely has light process and expects you to define systems and reporting from scratch
- You need complete remote freedom; this is hybrid with NYC office presence expected at least 2-3 days/week
