You'll manage substantial budgets, drive measurable revenue growth, and set the playbook for how this brand competes in a crowded DTC beauty space.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Audit current paid media performance across all channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) and identify 2-3 quick wins to lift ROAS by 15-20%

Establish baseline reporting dashboards and monthly KPI cadence with finance and product teams

Launch one new high-potential channel (affiliate, CTV, or emerging platform) with $50K budget and clear success criteria

4

Map out team structure, tool stack, and resource gaps—recommend hiring priorities for next 6 months

Deliver year-over-year paid media revenue growth of 25%+ while maintaining or improving blended ROAS

Scale winning campaigns across geo-targeted segments and build playbooks for international expansion

Implement unified attribution model across channels and connect paid media to customer lifetime value

Monitor and optimize creative performance and landing page conversion rates; benchmark against industry standards.

Maintain lean spend management; achieve 95%+ planned budget deployment with zero waste.

  • You're a brand marketer at heart; this role is 80% performance and paid media optimization, not brand storytelling
  • You can't operate in ambiguity—Sol de Janeiro likely has light process and expects you to define systems and reporting from scratch
  • You need complete remote freedom; this is hybrid with NYC office presence expected at least 2-3 days/week
