About the Company
We are seeking a PPC Specialist for a U.S.-based agency who can take ownership of the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid media campaigns. This role involves working closely with clients to support and implement growth strategies, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver strong performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. In addition, this person will leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and unlock new growth opportunities.
About the Role
This role involves working closely with clients to support and implement growth strategies, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver strong performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others, with a focus on generating qualified leads and conversions.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of paid media professionals, supporting them in campaign management, optimization, data analysis, and client interactions.
- Design and launch high-impact digital campaigns end-to-end, including defining goals, selecting channels, and ensuring accurate tracking implementation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and key metrics such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Manage and allocate paid acquisition budgets effectively across channels, campaigns, and regions.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio to track performance, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
AI & Automation Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven systems and workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, and other automation platforms to streamline marketing operations.
- Automate repetitive processes such as reporting, lead routing, campaign monitoring, and data synchronization across tools.
- Continuously identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for efficiency, accuracy, and growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale PPC and paid media campaigns with strong, measurable results.
- Advanced expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including campaign optimization and bidding strategies.
- Experience leading and developing small teams of analysts or paid media specialists.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio (or similar).
- Experience with automation and workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI applications in marketing, including campaign optimization, data analysis, and content generation.
- Previous experience in an agency environment.
