The Challenge

You'll build non-traditional marketing partnerships that unlock niche audiences for universities. This is about discovering where prospective students actually hang out—newsletters, podcasts, professional communities—and creating the deals that get your client institutions in front of them.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Research and map 40+ niche professional audiences, newsletters, podcasts, and associations relevant to university programs

Identify 15-20 high-potential partnership channels with audience quality scores and initial outreach strategy

Negotiate and close 3-5 pilot partnership agreements with clear KPIs and launch dates

4

Establish baseline metrics framework tracking reach, engagement rate, inquiry volume, and cost-per-inquiry by channel

By 6 Months

Execute 8-12 active partnership campaigns across diverse channels with documented performance data

Achieve 50%+ target reach metrics across top 5 partner channels with engagement rates above industry benchmarks

3

Develop repeatable partnership playbook and negotiation templates reducing sales cycle by 30%

4

Build pipeline of 30+ qualified partnership opportunities in various stages, generating measurable enrollment inquiries
