As a
Partnerships Associate
at Chargeblast, you will be at the forefront of our growth motion—identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic partnership opportunities that drive enterprise deals and expand our network. You'll build and nurture relationships with external partners, move deals through the pipeline from first contact to close, and collaborate across teams to ensure every partnership delivers real business impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on relationship-building, brings high energy to every interaction, and is ready to grow alongside serial founders in a fast-moving fintech company.What You'll Do:
Relationship Building & Partner Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with external partners
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment and mutual value
- Attend conferences, networking events, and industry meetups to strengthen and expand the partner ecosystem
Pipeline & Deal Execution
- Manage and accelerate enterprise deals from initial outreach to successful closure
- Report directly to the Head of Partnerships while working closely with the Founder and CEO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and keep deals moving
Opportunity Identification & Strategy
- Proactively identify and create new partnership opportunities aligned with Chargeblast's strategic goals
- Evaluate potential partners based on fit, growth potential, and mutual benefit
- Stay plugged into industry trends and competitive landscape to surface high-value opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams—product, sales, and operations—to drive successful partnerships
- Contribute to partnership frameworks, playbooks, and processes as the team scales
