Job Title: Sales Head – US Market
Location: Remote / Major US Tech Hub (NY, Chicago, SF)
Reports to: CEO / Managing Director
The Opportunity
A leading global analytics, data science, AI, and MarTech services firm is looking for a self-driven Sales Leader to spearhead its US market expansion. While the organization has a massive footprint in India and a proven global delivery engine, this role offers the unique opportunity to build the US business from the ground up.
As the first employee in the US, you will have the backing of a mature offshore delivery organization and the blank canvas of a startup, providing a non-traditional corporate opportunity for a seasoned C-suite executive to build a lasting legacy.
You will leverage a 1,000+ person global delivery team, proprietary IP, and a rich library of case studies to drive success in the US market.
The Mandate
• Market Entry & Growth: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the US.
• Business Development: Leverage your existing network of CMOs, CDOs, and CXOs to secure foundational US partnerships.
• Organization Building: Hire, mentor, and lead the initial US-based consulting and sales teams while collaborating with global offshore delivery centers.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as the lead consultant, helping clients solve complex customer-centric problems through data science and MarTech with the support of the global delivery team.
Who You Are
• The Seasoned Veteran: You have 12+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, CRM, or MarTech, specifically servicing large-scale US enterprises.
• The Leader: You are a senior executive (Partner, CRM Head, or Head of Analytics) seeking a fresh challenge to build and scale a business at pace.
• The Rainmaker: You possess deep domain expertise and a reputation that precedes you, along with the relationships necessary to land the first few deals through trust and proven execution.
Qualifications
• Proven history of scaling an analytics or professional services business in the US market.
• Deep expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management, Predictive Analytics, and Data-driven
Marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge complex data science concepts with
clear business ROI.
