The Challenge
White Light Digital Marketing partners with private equity and Enterprise clients on AI and SEO strategy. You'll own their entire digital presence—from LinkedIn content and YouTube production to event execution—reporting directly to the CEO.
Your Mission
Establish consistent LinkedIn publishing cadence (2-3x weekly) in WLDM's data-driven voice; track engagement and audience growth
Audit and organize all brand assets into centralized library with updated style guide and templates
Launch first post-event marketing sequence from a major conference with measurable email open/click metrics
Coordinate and deliver visual assets (decks, banners, signage) for 2+ upcoming enterprise events
Grow YouTube channel subscribers by 40%+ through optimized workflow with freelance editors and strategic content calendar
Implement campaign performance dashboard tracking content reach, engagement, conversion by channel
Build repeatable systems for conference prep and follow-up that reduce logistics friction by 50%
Translate 3-4 technical research findings into viral-worthy social/video assets with measurable amplification
