The Challenge
Waste Pro USA needs a Digital Marketing Manager who can build and execute growth strategies that actually move the needle on ROI. You'll own the full digital ecosystem—from paid ads and SEO to social media and website strategy—for a growing waste management company in Sarasota.
Your Mission
Audit current digital presence, paid channels, and analytics setup; identify quick wins on ad spend efficiency
Launch or optimize 2-3 core paid campaigns (search, social, display) with clear KPI tracking and weekly reporting
Develop documented digital marketing strategy and 90-day roadmap aligned to business goals
Establish baseline KPIs and reporting dashboard for CAC, conversion rate, and ad ROAS across all channels
Achieve 20%+ improvement in paid campaign ROAS through continuous optimization and A/B testing
Execute integrated social media strategy with consistent posting, community management, and engagement metrics
Increase organic traffic 30%+ through SEO improvements, content strategy, and technical optimization
Manage digital marketing budget and demonstrate positive ROI across all channels with monthly stakeholder reporting

Track revenue generated per dollar spent on paid campaigns across all channels.
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Measure total cost to acquire a new customer across digital channels.
Conversion Rate
Monitor percentage of visitors converting to leads or customers on website and landing pages.
Organic Traffic & Rankings
Track monthly organic visits and keyword rankings for priority search terms.
Social Engagement Rate
Measure likes, shares, comments, and follower growth across social platforms.
