The Challenge

Walter Learning is a profitable edtech scale-up scaling fast in professional training. You'll sit directly with founders driving lead acquisition and owning a strategic project that shapes the company's next phase.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current acquisition channels (paid search, social, display) and establish baseline KPIs for each

2

Propose and test 2-3 optimization initiatives on highest-spend paid channels

3

Define scope, stakeholders, and 90-day roadmap for assigned strategic project

4

Deliver first performance report with channel analysis and budget reallocation recommendations

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 15-20% improvement in CAC or ROAS across optimized acquisition channels

2

Launch and measure impact of 3+ strategic initiatives (new channels, messaging, or partnerships)

3

Complete end-to-end delivery of assigned strategic project with measurable outcomes

4

Document playbooks and hand off sustainable acquisition framework to permanent team

KPIs You'll Own

CAC (Cost per Acquisition)

Track total acquisition spend against new leads by channel to optimize budget allocation.

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Measure revenue generated per euro spent on paid campaigns across search, social, and display.

Lead Volume & Quality

Monitor lead generation rate, conversion rate, and lead quality score by acquisition source.

Strategic Project Delivery

Track project milestones, stakeholder alignment, and business impact against original brief.
