Vurtuu is building the anti-algorithm social platform governments are legislating for. You'll own growth and go-to-market for a 60-70% retention product with real traction—perfect timing as the social media ecosystem collapses under its own toxicity.
Your Mission
Define and validate your core acquisition channels—identify which platforms and communities reach Gen Z + adults seeking healthier social alternatives
Launch 2-3 go-to-market campaigns (organic, partnerships, community-first) and establish baseline CAC and viral coefficient metrics
Build initial partnership pipeline with complementary brands, creators, and communities aligned with Vurtuu's values
Establish community growth playbook: define invite mechanics, referral incentives, and organic seeding strategy for invite-only model
Scale user acquisition to hit Series A conversation metrics (typically 50K+ engaged users for pre-seed→seed bridge)
Achieve 70%+ retention consistency across growing cohorts; identify and double down on highest-LTV user segments
Land 3-5 strategic partnerships or creator collaborations that unlock new audiences
Build documented growth playbook: CAC benchmarks, activation funnels, viral loops, and scalable paid/organic channels

Track engagement velocity; target 70%+ retention to replicate closed beta performance
