The Challenge

Oto-Connect is a scrappy lead-gen startup inside the DBF automotive group aiming to become the go-to platform for B2B lead management. You'll own two massive pillars: digital strategy + SEO to drive organic visibility, and commercial support to translate technical product into visually-driven sales collateral.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and optimize 8-10 SEO-targeted articles on WordPress with keyword research and performance tracking via Search Console

2

Design and deliver the primary commercial pitch deck and product brochure in Figma/Canva ready for sales team deployment

Audit and improve site technical SEO (page speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability) and establish baseline Analytics metrics

Identify and activate 3-5 B2B lead generation channels (content partnerships, directories, LinkedIn) to drive platform awareness

By 6 Months
1

Grow organic search traffic 40%+ and achieve first-page rankings for 12+ target keywords via sustained content calendar

Build a reusable commercial collateral system (offer templates, case studies, one-pagers) used actively by sales in deals

Establish content marketing rhythm: publish 2 SEO articles/month and manage DBF Group content collaboration pipeline

Document and optimize full lead qualification funnel (website → form → CRM) with clear conversion metrics and bottleneck fixes

Monthly qualified leads generated through site contact forms and conversion rate from visitor to lead

Page Performance Score

Core Web Vitals and mobile responsiveness scores (target: 90+ Lighthouse) across key landing pages

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're a Master's student (Bac+3+) in Marketing, Digital, or Commerce hunting real startup experience, not busywork
  • You can write clean, SEO-conscious copy AND design in Figma/Canva—you own both strategy and execution
  • You understand SEO fundamentals (keyword research, long-tail strategy, indexation) and can troubleshoot WordPress
  • You're self-driven, scrappy, and comfortable working in a lean startup environment with ambiguity and ownership
Won't Work If
  • You need senior-level mentorship or hand-holding; this role requires autonomy and entrepreneurial bias for action
  • You're looking for a remote-first setup; this is 80% on-site in Bruges/Bordeaux with Monday-Friday schedules
  • You can't write well or have weak attention to detail—copy and SEO quality are non-negotiable in lead gen
