The Challenge

VIOLETTE_FR is a founder-led, vegan beauty brand where social is core to the brand universe. You'll own digital execution across email, SMS, paid media, and .com—driving growth for a DTC business that refuses to compete, only complete.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Klaviyo and Attentive workflows: deploy 3+ promotional campaigns with documented open/click/conversion rates and optimization learnings

Build and organize the paid media asset library with proper naming conventions and usage rights tracking across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest

Establish baseline performance dashboard tracking email, SMS, and paid channel KPIs; identify 2-3 quick wins for optimization

4

Coordinate first influencer whitelisted/dark post campaign with creative and agency partners on time and on brand

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end email/SMS strategy: plan segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns; show 10%+ improvement in conversion rates

Lead paid media brief development for all channels; demonstrate clear alignment between briefs, creative output, and performance results

Execute 2-3 seasonal product launch campaigns (.com updates, SEO, merchandising, paid amplification) with measurable engagement and conversion lift

4

Become the analytics translator: present monthly performance reviews to leadership with data-driven optimization recommendations

KPIs You'll Own

Email Open Rate & Click-Through Rate

Track campaign performance across promotional, lifecycle, and triggered sends to identify segmentation and subject line wins.

SMS Conversion Rate

Measure revenue-per-message and engagement to optimize send timing, copy, and audience targeting.

Paid Media ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Monitor performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest; track by creative, audience, and channel.

Website Conversion Rate & AOV

Track engagement and revenue impact from A/B testing, merchandising updates, and paid traffic sources.

Campaign Delivery & QA Accuracy

Measure on-time deployment and error-free execution across all digital campaigns.

  • You can translate messy data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and catch QA errors before they go live

  • You need full remote or prefer traditional 9-5 structure; this role is hybrid, 4 days/week in-office in Brooklyn
  • You expect a purely strategic role; this is hands-on execution (building briefs, deploying campaigns, tracking metrics)
  • You lack experience with marketing automation platforms or paid social; this role assumes working knowledge
