Your Mission
Audit current Salesforce setup and GTM tech stack; identify 3-5 high-impact automation opportunities
Design and deploy 2-3 core outbound workflows (account selection, sequencing, routing) that remove manual friction
Build foundational data quality and enrichment standards; establish baseline metrics on pipeline creation
Establish weekly visibility dashboards surfacing pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and AE/SDR productivity blockers
Scale outbound motion to generate 30%+ qualified enterprise pipeline growth through optimized workflows
Implement account-based segmentation and ICP-driven prioritization logic that feeds routing and engagement
Reduce manual data entry and CRM hygiene work by 40%+ through automation and integrations
Partner with Sales Enablement to embed system logic into playbooks; measure adoption and impact on win rates

Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 3–6 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or GTM Engineering and genuinely enjoy optimizing systems
- You're fluent in Salesforce and comfortable with APIs, sequencing tools, and structured data (SQL is a plus)
- You think in leverage: you default to automating manual work rather than repeating it
- You thrive with ownership and ambiguity—you can design a motion without a perfect playbook to start
- You prefer strictly hands-off advisory work; you need to build and execute to stay engaged
- You require fully-defined processes and top-down direction before moving
- You don't care about data quality or long-term system durability—speed over substance is your default
