The Challenge
Tremau is a mission-driven tech startup tackling pressing industry challenges. You'll own the entire marketing operations engine—from paid campaigns to events to pipeline hygiene—reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and directly impacting revenue.
Your Mission
Set up, launch, and optimize LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns with proper tracking implementation (Insight Tag, GTM) and clean UTM taxonomy
Establish weekly paid performance reporting cadence with clear CTR/CPC/CVR/CPL metrics and anomaly flagging
Execute 2-3 events/webinars end-to-end: vendor coordination, lead capture setup, pre/post-event nurturing flows
Document all marketing ops processes (audience management, CRM handoffs, SMM workflows) and establish checklists
Optimize paid acquisition funnel to demonstrate clear pipeline impact and ROI by cohort/channel
Scale event execution to 4-5 events with measurable post-event engagement and conversion rates
Build and maintain audience segments and automation that enable Sales with qualified, clean leads
Establish monthly SMM performance reporting with engagement trends and content iteration based on data
KPIs You'll Own
Cost Per Lead (CPL) and CPL-to-Opportunity conversion
Track paid acquisition efficiency and quality of leads flowing to Sales pipeline.
Campaign CTR, CPC, CVR by channel (LinkedIn vs Google Ads)
Monitor daily pacing and creative/audience performance to optimize spend allocation.
Event lead volume and post-event nurture engagement rate
Measure event ROI through lead capture, attendee follow-up, and conversion to opportunity.
Data quality score (UTM accuracy, CRM property hygiene, Sales handoff completeness)
Track operational excellence in marketing data infrastructure and cross-functional handoffs.

Is This Role For You?
- You've personally run LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns (not just strategic oversight) in the last 18 months
- You love operational excellence—clean data, documented processes, and trackable systems turn you on
- You've executed events from logistics to lead capture to post-event nurturing and own the full lifecycle
- You're fluent in B2B marketing tools (GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Zapier) and comfortable diving into technical setup
- You want to be the marketing ops backbone of a scaling startup, reporting directly to leadership
- You're looking for a creative/strategic-only role—this is execution-heavy with daily campaign checks and vendor coordination
- You don't have hands-on paid advertising experience or you've only briefed agencies/specialists
- You're not EU-based or not comfortable with timezone alignment (they specify EU/UK only)
- Your English isn't strong at C1 level written and spoken—you'll need to communicate daily with leadership and cross-functional teams
