At The Uncommon Business, we’re not just teaching AI—we’re redefining how modern businesses operate.
We are one of the fastest-growing AI-first education companies in the world, helping leaders build intelligent systems—not just prompt tools.
We’re profitable, EOS-driven, and built on a simple belief:
AI handles the repeatable. Humans drive the irreplaceable.
We move fast. We measure everything. And we hire people who take ownership like it’s their company—because here, it is.
We’re scaling quickly, and content is our primary growth engine.
We’re looking for a Content & Growth Marketing Manager who doesn’t just create content, but builds systems that turn content into measurable business results.
This role is for someone who:
- Thinks in content → funnel → revenue
- Moves fast without sacrificing quality
- Knows how to turn one idea into multiple high-performing assets
- Publish four times per week across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X
- Create platform-native content tailored to each channel
- Write high-converting captions with strong hooks
- Design carousels and visual assets aligned with brand standards
- Edit short-form video using CapCut or similar tools
- Turn long-form content (podcasts, recordings) into multi-platform assets
- Prepare content shoot days with hooks, scripts, and execution documents
- Build and scale repurposing systems without losing brand voice
- Build and optimize ManyChat flows tied to campaigns
- Launch lead magnets, bootcamps, and growth campaigns
- Engage with the audience through comments and direct messages
- Identify and surface high-intent leads to the sales team
- Track engagement, saves, shares, and conversion metrics
- Identify top-performing content and scale what works
- Present insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing
- You’ve owned and driven a brand’s social growth before
- You are a strong writer with clear, engaging, and conversion-focused communication
- You have a strong eye for design and visual consistency
- You can edit video quickly and independently
- You understand how content connects to funnels and conversions
- You think in scalable systems, not one-off posts
- You are motivated by growth and ownership
- 30–40% of enrollments attributed to social within 90 days
- 15–20% improvement in saves, shares, and meaningful engagement
- Consistent delivery of four high-quality posts per week
- Measurable performance improvements from ManyChat and campaigns
- Full response to direct messages and high-intent comments within 24 hours
Twice per year, the team operates in high-performance launch cycles lasting 6–8 weeks.
These periods require:
- Faster execution
- Increased output
- Strong collaboration across the team
- $60,000–$75,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Full-time (W2)
- Remote work setup (MacBook, monitor, desk)
- Monthly wellness stipend and performance coaching access
- $1,500–$3,000 annual development budget
- Coworking membership or home office support
- Unlimited PTO with structured rhythms
- Company-wide closure from December 25 to January 1
This is not a typical content role.
This is an opportunity to build and scale a content engine inside one of the fastest-growing AI education companies today.
The right person will not just execute but will help shape how content drives growth across the business.
